Michael is a Partner at the Kaufman Organization, a family-owned commercial real estate firm with more than 6 million square feet in its portfolio. Michael joined the organization in 1997 and has since grown to co-lead its leasing division, completing more than $700 million of transactions along the way. Michael is experienced in identifying emerging real estate markets and has become the go-to broker for clients in numerous industries including software, biotechnology, fashion, dotcom, private equity and various professional services. Michael is married to Jackie Kaufman and has a son.  Michael is an accomplished and avid drag racer and competes in NHRA Drag Racing Series in his 1967 Top Sportsman Corvette, which runs the quarter mile in 6.40 seconds at over 215 mph!
